• The Contractor shall provide support for real-time operational SIGINT training/exercises via simulations capabilities developed by PM IEWTPT and deployed on JWICS (with access to NSA Net).

• The Contractor shall support the update and maintenance of relevant scenarios for Planner

specified exercises and submit to Government for approval.

• The Contractor shall participate in exercise scenario design and development.

• The Contractor shall support exercise scripting and Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) development.

• The Contractor shall create instructional content for individual and team/section collective MI Soldier (and Leader) TADSS, both system and non-system.

Here’s what you’ll need :

• TOP SECRET clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

• Current CI Polygraph or ability to obtain CI Polygraph.

• BS/BA and/or 2 years’ experience in SIGINT may be substituted for the degree.

• Six years’ experience in training design and development.

• Qualified as SIGINT senior analyst with requisite expertise in current tactical and strategic SIGINT.

• Expert level of experience with Real Time Regional Gateway (RTRG) and the Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Near Time Notional Gateway (NTNG).

• Background in SIGINT M&S and the IEWTPT TCC capability.

• Able to travel both CONUS and O-CONUS.

• Be certified in COMPTIA Security level 1 within 3 months of hire.
